Got Bilk?

A Japanese brewery has introduced a new drink combining milk and beer. Now, who in their right mind wants to drink beer mixed with milk? Why would anybody want to ruin good beer? Then again, maybe they are not ruining good beer. After sampling several popular brands here in the United States it could be that adding milk would be an improvement in taste.

You would think, wouldn't you? that someone in Wisconsin would have thought of that. After all, we are the Dairy State, and beer brewing is as alive and well here as anywhere in the country. But, you are probably right: it was probably not good Amish milk--we buy it fresh and organic from Whole Foods!--and probably not good beer.
My sons, residing in Korea, complain about the Asian beers all the tiem. Maybe I should suggest they add milk...

I would suggest adding beer to make asian beer better, but that is just me. ;)

I am not terribly surprised nobody in Wisconsin thought to add milk, why ruin good beer?
